Our Credentials
Warranty
Our warranty is one year and in writing. We offer a warranty because it all comes down to the quality of work that is provided.
At the completion of every job our customers are given their Warranty of Workmanship Certificate which explains in plain language the warranty, the terms and duration. This certificate is your warranty and proof of our commitment to quality and customer service.
From "Top Consumer Pitfalls of Hiring a Contractor"
The problem - No warranty. Consumers purchase very few consumer goods today that don't include a warranty of some kind, yet most consumers never ask for a contractors warranty.
The Solution - Ask for your contractors written warranty. Verbal warranties are worth the paper they are written on.
Liability Insurance
We carry a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy. We only do business with sub-contractors who carry the same coverage. Your home is your most valuable investment and we wouldn't do anything to jeopardize it.
From "Top Consumer Pitfalls of Hiring a Contractor"
The Problem - Consumers often don't realize that a contractors general liability insurance policy may be the only thing that protects the consumer should defects or negligence become an issue. The coverage a contractor carries gives the consumer protection against those defects and a monetary source against losses. Uninsured contractors can just walk away from a disaster. They often have no assets for a consumer to recover losses against. Uninsured contractors also have nothing stopping them from using uninsured sub-contractors, there are no insurance audits if there is no insurance company.
The Solution - Only hire contractors who carry adequate insurance and provide you written proof of their insurance certificate, a $1,000,000 policy is considered the minimum coverage a contractor should carry, more is always better.
